Because coffees have so many different characteristics and qualities, and because crops produced from the same regions—or even on the same farms—can very from year to year, coffee roasters have learned to blend different coffees to produce specific taste profiles and to provide consistency for the customers. Sometimes a blend will highlight or enhance an individual characteristic of one bean or synthesize an entirely new effect from a group of beans. We are happy to work with you to custom design a blend for your palate (5-pound minimum order).
