To celebrate 10 years of roasting the finest coffee in Maine, Rock City Coffee Roasters is proud to announce the release of an extraordinary 100% organic espresso – “Decennio.” Long thought by some to be the Holy Grail of coffee blends, a great espresso crafted entirely from certified organic beans is quite an accomplishment. It borders on magic.

Ten years of research and experimentation has yielded this remarkable coffee. It is complex, sweet and smooth with a beautiful crema and a clean finish. While it more than holds its own in a latte or cappuccino, Decennio shines brilliantly on its own.

Coaxing the maximum flavor from fine Arabica beans takes time and skill. We roast our artisan coffees by hand in small batches constantly watching, smelling and listening until the beans develop their true potential. While this all takes extra time we believe the uncomprising quality of our coffee is well worth it.
